However I have a question, am I able to sell these online? With the ability for customers to change the text, and obviously the photos would be previously chosen CC0 images…

Hi Sonia, they are for personal and small business use. So yes, you may absolutely change the text and update the photos and sell them to your clients as a product results of a photography session. I hope that helps clarify.
