Leah shared so many great tips for how we could gain back our time and stop self-sacrificing in our businesses. I would definitely have her back on the show!

Kelli France (Finally Fearless Podcast)
In 2008, I was raising 3 babies and working 24/7 as the primary breadwinner. I had no boundaries, no systems or automation and no clue how to organize myself. I just kept trying to fit more hours into the day by sleeping less and less.
Before I realized what had happened... I was dragging myself to bed around 4 am, often because my head quite literally hit the keyboard. Then 2 to 3 hours later, I'd be dragging myself back out of bed to the sounds of tiny footsteps and cries.
While my bank account was awesome, the rest of my life was falling apart. I was a constant ball of guilt, overwhelm, and stress which consequently landed me in an ambulance after I blacked out at the zoo, leaving my 3 kiddos completely alone as their mommy was wheeled away on a stretcher.
Things had to change. I needed there to be a better way.
I became obsessed with productivity, systems, and time management. Today, I sleep 8 hours every night, work about 3 days a week, have date night with my hubby every Friday, go on trips whenever... I even took my family and traveled the globe for a year! And I never lost any income, in fact — it grew!
I traded chaos for clarity and I'd love to have a discussion on how I did it so that your listeners can take tidbits from my experience and help themselves.
