I’m really excited to suggest Dave Ramsey’s, EntreLeadership if you haven’t read it all ready. Dave is known best for his “If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else” philosophy for cutting up credit cards and getting out of debt best but there is so much more to learn from him and to learn that, you must go inside his business with EntreLeadership.

The chore strategies I use in building, paying and encouraging my virtual team came from this book. There are so many great take-aways and that’s why EntreLeadership is April’s must read #GirlBossBookClub Book of the month.

FROM AMAZON:From New York Times bestselling author and nationally syndicated talk radio host Dave Ramsey comes the secret to how he grew a multimillion dollar company from a card table in his living room.

Your company is only as strong as your leaders. These are the men and women doing battle daily beneath the banner that is your brand. Are they courageous or indecisive? Are they serving a motivated team or managing employees? Are they valued?

Your team will never grow beyond you, so here’s another question to consider. Are you growing? Whether you’re sitting at the CEO’s desk, the middle manager’s cubicle, or a card table in your living-room-based startup, EntreLeadership provides the practical, step-by-step guidance to grow your business where you want it to go. Dave opens up his championship playbook for business to show you how to:

• Inspire your team to take ownership and love what they do

• Unify your team and get rid of all gossip

• Handle money to set your business up for success

• Reach every goal you set

• And much, much more!

About the Girl Boss Book of the Month: I have read so many amazing books that have truly inspired me, and I want to share them with YOU!  Here’s how it works.  At the end of every month, I will post the book that I will be reading for the next month.   At the end of the month, I will post on Facebook my thoughts on the book.  I hope you will post your thoughts and comments as well.  My goal is to have this be an awesome opportunity to build connections, grow as thoughtful creatives and get inspired to dream and do bigger and better things.

I can’t wait!  Are you in?
