Most of us wear many hats. Yes, there might be a lot that you need to do, but I guarantee there are some things that you DON’T. That’s where outsourcing comes in.
I am all about systems! I don’t know about you, but I often find that when I write things down and get a visual of everything I have to do, I instantly feel more organized. In this case, your list will show you the things you DON’T have to do anymore. I’ve created a free printable that will help you see the tasks you can say “bye bye” to right now.
Here’s the step-by-step to get you going:
Start by making a list of all the things you have to do. Everything.
Circle the 5 things you like doing the best and feel that you are really good at.
Put a square around the 5 things that you really dread or feel are not your strong suit.
How long is your list? Are there things you realize you can let go completely? Eliminate them. Are there a few things that you can pass off to someone else?
This worksheet will help you get through this process. It’s just a little prettier than using your spiral bound notebook. 🙂
