Today’s Challenge: Double Your Protein
Protein is a game-changer when it comes to energy, satiety, and overall nutrition. It keeps us full longer, helps regulate blood sugar, and fuels our bodies. But let’s be real—it’s also the part of dinner that takes the longest to cook.
So today, we’re working smarter, not harder.
Here’s what you’re going to do:
✅ Cook double (or triple!) the protein you plan to make for dinner.
✅ Eat half tonight.
✅ Save the rest for later in the week or freeze it for a busy day when you don’t have time to cook.
That’s it! No extra prep, no extra effort—just making more of what you’re already cooking.

🍝 Making a big batch of sauce? Freeze half for a future pasta night.
I started doing this when I realized that the meal prep part stresses me out. Now, I simply cook extra protein, and it makes my life so much easier. There’s nothing better than realizing dinner is already halfway done when life gets busy.
