After each design process I always ask my phtoographers three questions to help me be even better for the next time! The questions are; 1) How was your design experience with me? 2) What was your favorite part? 3) What can I improve on?
These are really important to me and I read them very carefully to see what the common thread that they love is and what I can make better… I have to admit that my clients responses have a wonderful effect of making my whole day happy and lovely! Below are Ashley’s responses.
1. My design experience with Leah was incredible! She really wanted to get to know me and my personality so that it would show in my branding, and it completely does! She did SO great! She is extremely creative, and came up with ideas I never could have dreamed of. I am so glad I chose her to do my Logo Design & Branding!!
2. My favorite part of the design process was getting your emails with the different rounds of ideas (patterns & logos). I was camping in the mountains with my family when I got the first email, and I was so excited I seriously couldn’t sit still for an hour! (You can ask my family, they probably thought I was crazy!) But really, it was so great to open my emails & see a nice surprise waiting for me.
3. I really can’t think of anything at the moment…I really think you do this whole process so well and are very good at communicating! The only thing I can think of to improve upon would be that you should raise your prices 😉 because you put so much work in at (literally) a fraction of the cost of most designers!
